This downpipe was engineered with the goal of achieving maximum flow without the excessive price tag. The removal of the restriction from the stock downpipe allows for more power with increased safety. Our sports cat downpipes reduces turbo lag, exhaust gas temperatures, exhaust back pressure and increases power. This is all achieved whilst providing a superior exhaust note even when using the stock exhaust downstream.

The plastic OEM BMW charge pipes are notorious for failing at stock power levels and particularly when tuned. Our anodised aluminium charge pipes are much more durable and have been tested to extremely high pressures. The beaded ends and high quality clamps included ensure that the charge pipe has a strong seal eliminating boost leaks that can be difficult to track down at high boost pressures.

This BMW N47 PCV Diaphragm replacement cap comes with all the necessary hardware to replace your old or leaking PCV Diaphragm cap.
The BMW N47 PCV cap is prone to failure with vehicle aging and mileage, as the rubber portion of the PCV cap will naturally dry and begin to crack over time. The PCV diaphragm cap is subjected to constant negative pressure, as a result, any cracks or leaks in the rubber seal will cause engine malfunctions. A replacement plastic end cap is also included in this kit, as it is not uncommon for this portion to be damaged upon removal.

Designed as a direct replacement for the restrictive standard airbox and paper filter found on the BMW B37 and B47 diesel engines. This kit combines an 80mm high-flow cone filter with a custom PA6-CF carbon fibre heatshield and charge pipe, engineered to maximise airflow while actively blocking heat soak from the engine bay. The heatshield mates directly onto the lower OEM airbox clips with no cutting, drilling or modifications required.
The carbon fibre construction keeps intake air temperatures low, which translates into real-world gains in BHP and torque. Expect sharper throttle response and a noticeably improved induction note over the standard setup.

Why PA6-CF carbon fibre?
The heatshield and charge pipe are manufactured from PA6-CF, a carbon fibre reinforced nylon used in motorsport and performance automotive applications. Unlike plastic or fibreglass alternatives, it will not deform over time in close proximity to the engine, keeping the intake geometry consistent and your performance gains lasting.
