BMW diesel engine swirl flap and egr delete kits.
This kit allows you to remove the problematic swirl flaps that are known to degrade and eventually disintegrate.
This then ends up being sucked into the engine, most of the time with dire consequences.
The EGR blanking kit allows the EGR system to physically remain in place but using blanking plates, allows the system to be isolated from the engine.
This kit prevents exhaust gas recirculation - less soot buildup on engine components, faster turbo spool, cleaner engine and increased fuel economy
Both kits will require ecu remapping to prevent a limp mode and to see the full benefits.

This downpipe was engineered with the goal of achieving maximum flow without the excessive price tag. The removal of the restriction from the stock downpipe allows for more power with increased safety. Our decat downpipe reduces turbo lag, exhaust gas temperatures, exhaust backpressure and increases power (10-15bhp gain without tuning). This is all achieved whilst providing a superior exhaust note even when using the stock exhaust downstream.

The plastic OEM BMW charge pipes are notorious for failing at stock power levels and particularly when tuned. Our anodised aluminium charge pipes are much more durable and have been tested to extremely high pressures. The beaded ends and high quality clamps included ensure that the charge pipe has a strong seal eliminating boost leaks that can be difficult to track down at high boost pressures.

It’s well documented that the N55 engine found in the M135i M235i 335i 435i is prone to oil starvation issues when pushed hard on the road and even more so when used on track.
If you're ever planning to use your car on track, or even particularly hard road driving, this really is an essential upgrade. Total engine failure is a very real possibility if not. Ask us how we know....!
The problem is especially pronounced under hard braking, when the oil pools at the front of the oil pan under the lateral g-force, allowing the pick-up to run dry. Even a fraction of a second of no oil feed can be enough to do lasting damage to your engine, any longer and it's almost certain to lead to engine failure. And that's where this Baffled Sump comes in.
The MMR Performance Baffled Sump has been extensively engineered from the ground-up to provide effective oil control, reducing surge and maintaining a more constant oil pressure; it's the ultimate bolt-in solution available to protect your engine's longevity.
Featuring a total of 7 sophisticated one-way oil control flaps and specific baffling, the T-6061 anodised MMR sump baffle has been tested over thousands of miles of track and road use where the data we collected has proven its effectiveness, plus highlighted that it's baffles correct the worst surge problems under hard braking.
Unlike other solutions available that require a plate to be welded in, the MMR solution is simply bolted into place making the addition of the baffle considerably easier and more accessible to install.
Fitment really is an absolutely essential insurance policy for any hard-driven N55 F-series car.

This BMW M240i performance exhaust is made in 3"/76.2mm pipework and fit from the catalytic converter section backwards (Cat-back) these exhausts replace the centre and rear sections.
The resonated exhaust option includes the centre silencer and has a subtle but sporty tone. This exhaust however, is also available as a non-resonated version which is a louder option, as it excludes the centre silencer and therefore, has a sportier exhaust note.

The plastic OEM BMW charge pipes are notorious for failing at stock power levels and particularly when tuned. Our anodised aluminium charge pipes are much more durable and have been tested to extremely high pressures. The beaded ends and high quality clamps included ensure that the charge pipe has a strong seal eliminating boost leaks that can be difficult to track down at high boost pressures.
