Delivery, Returns & Cancellations

Delivery Information.

Worldwide postage available.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days of order being placed. If the item is out of stock this may cause delays, please check with us before ordering if this would be of concern. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Typically orders are sent using “Royal Mail Special Delivery” or “24 Tracked”. Postage times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

We offer free postage on orders over £500 excluding exceptionally large or heavy products.

Returns & Cancellations.

We offer a 14 day return policy for any non bespoke products. If you are not happy with your order, be sure to contact us within this period to be eligible for exchange or return.

A refund or exchange will be issued once we have received the item back in an unused condition and in its original packaging. We will be unable to accept a return if the item has been used or not in its original packaging. Items need to be received by us within 7 days of you notifying us on your intention to initiate a return, otherwise the refund request will be voided. Returned or cancelled orders may be subject to restocking/rehandling fees.

When returning your order, please ensure you package it carefully and purchase the necessary tracking & insurance to cover the value of the goods, as we will not be able to accept a return if the item is damaged or lost during the return delivery. Include a note with your order number, tracking information, name & contact details. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Finance payment transaction fees are non refundable (klarna/clearpay/afterpay etc). They are still charged by the provider even in the case of the order being cancelled or returned.

Delivery Services

Orders will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout, or by another suitable service where necessary. We reserve the right to use an alternative courier or shipping method if required for operational reasons, provided it is suitable for the order.

International Orders.

For international orders, shipping may be arranged in one of two ways:

The customer provides a valid shipping label within the time requested by us, or

We provide a shipping quotation for approval and payment before dispatch

If the customer does not provide a shipping label, and does not wish to proceed with the shipping quotation provided by us, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, the customer will not necessarily be entitled to a full refund.

This is because international orders can result in non-recoverable costs to us, including but not limited to:

payment processing / transaction fees

warehouse handling or restocking charges

supplier cancellation charges

other direct costs already incurred in processing the order

Where these costs apply, any refund will be reduced accordingly.

Refused Shipping Quotations.

If an order has been placed and paid for, but international shipping cannot proceed because the customer does not provide the required label or declines the shipping quote we provide, we reserve the right to deduct any non-recoverable costs before issuing a refund.

Customs, Duties and Import charges.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, clearance fees, or other local charges unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and contact details. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, failed delivery, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to pay customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping, return, handling, restocking, or non-recoverable fees from any refund.

Delays Outside Of Our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, suppliers, weather, industrial action, import restrictions, or any other events outside of our reasonable control.

Partial Shipments.

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to dispatch items in part shipments. We may also hold an order until all items are available, depending on the nature of the products and the shipping method.

Order Cancellation After Processing.

If an order is cancelled after it has been specially ordered, processed, packed, or prepared for dispatch, we reserve the right to deduct any costs already incurred, including supplier charges, transaction fees, handling fees, and restocking fees where applicable.
