BMW Diesel Engine Swirl Flap EGR Delete Blanking Kit (M47, M57, N47, N57, B57, B47, B37)

BMW diesel engine swirl flap and egr delete kits.

This kit allows you to remove the problematic swirl flaps that are known to degrade and eventually disintegrate.

This then ends up being sucked into the engine, most of the time with dire consequences.

The EGR blanking kit allows the EGR system to physically remain in place but using blanking plates, allows the system to be isolated from the engine.

This kit prevents exhaust gas recirculation - less soot buildup on engine components, faster turbo spool, cleaner engine and increased fuel economy

Both kits will require ecu remapping to prevent a limp mode and to see the full benefits.
